These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website published by FPC MONEY, as well as use of the online funding request form.

By accessing the site or submitting a request, you unreservedly accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the site.

Validating the form triggers sending an acknowledgement by email. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your funding request.

5. User obligations

• Not submit unlawful, defamatory, offensive content or content infringing third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at FPC MONEY registered office, subject to mandatory provisions in the consumer country of residence where applicable.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing agreement within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with ordinary law.

In accordance with consumer law, European consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).

11. Amendment of the Terms

FPC MONEY reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of use of the site.
