6. Retention period

As a guide, funding requests and associated documents are retained for a maximum of 365 days from the last interaction, unless a contrary legal obligation applies or an ongoing dispute requires extended retention.

Consent data (date, IP, policy version) is retained in order to demonstrate compliance with our data protection obligations.

At the end of the retention period, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
